Arcetyp LLC is a growing small business that provides a broad range of consulting services to US Federal Government, US Military, and Commercial clients.

Services include Management & IT Consulting, Program & Project Management, and Professional & Admin Services.

We are recruiting to fill a position to lead business development activities for a small government contracting firm focused on IT Services and Cyber Security for clients in Civil and DoD markets.


Arcetyp LLC is looking for an Operations Manager who will oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments for the Master Resilience Training Task Order located at the Directorate of Prevention, Resilience, and Readiness (DPRR) Headquarters in Arlington, Virginia.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:


  • Responsible for managing operations, to include the distribution of work assignments, establishing milestones, monitoring progress in accordance with established practices and timelines; assessing progress and providing guidance, to include goals, objectives, and milestones, ensuring production meets expectations; and provide comprehensive reports to Government Representatives.
  • Responsible for monitoring program implementation, providing guidance to Ready and Resilient Performance Centers (R2PC) support staff and Performance Center Managers (PCMs), and ensuring accurate implementation of the Programs of Instruction (POI).
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating existing SOPs, overall operations and scheduling, and publishing correspondence that affects R2PC operations.

NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:


  • Thorough knowledge of the Army organizational structure, mission objectives, function, procedures, regulations, and policy pertaining to the Department of the Army.
  • Shall speak, read, and comprehend English to the extent of reading and understand printed regulations, written orders, operating procedures, training instructions and materials, and perform the duties assigned.
  • All employees present a professional appearance that is appropriate for their position and adhere to facility dress codes. Contractor employees shall conduct themselves in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and strategic thinking skills.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (education, experience, skills):


  • Master's degree in business, operations, logistics, management, or a related field.
  • Minimum five years of experience in a position that involves the management of training or education programs.
  • Ability to pass the National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) (Tier 1) background investigation.
