- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English other languages to meet our business needs for our customers
- English and Spanish required
- Two or more years of experience in outside sales, business development and account management
- Must possess experience in cold calling, product demonstration and selling products or services
- Ability to travel within assigned territory daily, have a valid work permit and driver license
- Reliable owned automobile transportation (car allowance provided)
- Must be able to maintain an acceptable driving record and auto insurance coverage
- Able to work occasionally on weekends to participate in community and marketing events
- Must possess intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office Key Characteristics
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills, self-motivated and works well under no supervision
- Ability to effectively present information in meetings with Agents and other employees of the organization Working Conditions
- Ability to work from office, from home and travel to assigned territory as needed
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time as a driver in an automobile
- Ability to visit businesses and work in tight places to install equipment or marketing materials
- Ability to lift a maximum of 11.3 kilograms / 25 pounds
