    We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant for some of the most respected locally owned and operated companies in the Charleston area. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth office functioning. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing company in the insurance industry. The pay is $19/hr. with a shift time of 8:00am-5:00pm

    • Support daily office operations.
    • Assist clients and visitors with a friendly attitude.
    • Maintain accurate records and databases.
    • Help prepare documents and reports.
    • Coordinate meetings and events.
    • Manage office supplies and orders.
    • Provide administrative support to management.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Experience in office administration preferred.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work independently.
    • Interest in the insurance industry is a plus.
