    **Position Overview:**
    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks and help streamline operations to ensure efficiency across various departments.

    **Responsibilities:**
    - Manage and organize administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, answering emails, and handling phone calls.
    - Assist in maintaining accurate records and files, both digital and physical.
    - Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments for the management team.
    - Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.
    - Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
    - Help maintain a clean and organized office environment.
    - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

    **Requirements:**
    - Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
    - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
    - Previous experience in retail or appliance industry is a plus.
