    Role Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through inside sales efforts, focusing on outbound sales strategies within the SaaS industry. Your primary responsibilities will include managing both warm and cold leads, conducting product demos, and closing deals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in the full cycle of sales, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.

    Responsibilities

    • Engaging with both warm and cold leads, showcasing adaptability in various sales scenarios.
    • Executing the full sales cycle, from conducting personalized software demonstrations to effectively closing deals.
    • Conduct engaging product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive revenue growth.

    Compensation

    Base salary plus commission structure (uncapped)

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare or software consulting. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Experience with training and delivering presentations is a plus. Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and regulations is desirable.
