    Description

    Milner is expanding it's sales team and looking for a results driven, competitive self starter with a drive to be #1.

    About the role:

    Hybrid between outside territorial sales and reporting in person to our Doral office, Monday-Friday

    First year OTE 100k-130k (uncapped commission)

    The account executive will be responsible for qualifying, educating, and prospecting(both in person and virtually) for potential clients and upgrade opportunities utilizing our prospecting platforms including ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot to identify, connect with and warm up quality prospects.

    As an Account Executive, you will use a combination of phone, email, social media, in person visits, and other tech stacks to help build our sales pipeline by connecting with prospective customers, understanding their unique needs, and identifying the best way to position Milner. You'll have the opportunity to master your sales skills in an environment that fosters teamwork and drives continuous learning and growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct both in-person or virtual prospecting and meetings.
    • Negotiate deals to foster long term relationships with new partners.
    • Self source leads from going b2b in person with plans from online prospecting
    • Represent Milner in a professional manner.
    • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
    • Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
    • Multi-threading prospects & creative outreach (email, video, text, in person drop bys)

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field OR 2+ years sales experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
    • Experience working with CRM platforms, Hubspot experience is a plus
