    Position Overview

    We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive with a proven track record of success in selling SaaS solutions within the contact center, sales, and marketing verticals. The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales professional who excels in building strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and research potential clients within target industries. Develop strategies to engage and nurture leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media platforms.
    2. Consultative Selling: Understand the business objectives and pain points of prospective clients. Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor solutions that align with their goals and objectives. Articulate the value proposition of our conversational AI products and services effectively.
    3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, business owners, and decision-makers. Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights and recommendations on how our solutions can drive value for their businesses.
    4. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and activities. Forecast sales targets accurately and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
    5. Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including product development, marketing, and customer success to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide feedback from the field to inform product enhancements and market positioning.
    6. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market needs, leveraging insights to position as a leader in AI-driven communication solutions.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
    • Strong understanding of conversational AI, natural language processing, and related technologies.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Self-motivated with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
    • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
