    What You'll Be Doing

    Bounce is looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our growing Sales Team Our technology powers event execution and demand generation for professional event planners and venues (examples: ). In this role you will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of professional event planners and venue owners. As an early GTM team member, you must be comfortable owning each stage of the business development process from lead prospecting through post-sale account management and servicing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Grow a sales pipeline: Identify top targets and determine outreach sequences and strategies to initiate a relationship.
    • Pitch and manage deal cycle: Bounce services a diverse suite of event planners and hosts running anywhere from 50 person free RSVP events to 1,000+ ticketed concerts. You must be able to customize your pitch and demo to tailor to individual client needs.
    • Drive client satisfaction and product familiarity: Post-close, you will partner closely with the Business Operations team to ensure consistent usage of Bounce, an optimal host experience, manage new feature education and oversee the transition to a long-term contract.
    • Help optimize go-to-market motion: Strategize with the team to innovate and improve the lead generation and prospecting process. You will be required to help develop sales collateral, presentations and demo techniques to accelerate a replicable end-to-end sales process.

    What You'll Bring to the Team

    • 3+ years in a business development or account executive role in the technology, retail, hospitality or CPG sectors.
    • Experience at an early stage venture backed company (e.g <100 people) is considered an asset.
    • Prior work selling and delivering products in new or early stage markets.
    • Extreme hunger and passion for learning, growth and leadership.
