    We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy individual to p rovide operating support to the Branch Managers, Operations Director, District Vice Presidents, and advisors in this key growth location. This key business partner will be a vital in ensuring the successful onboarding of new professionals along with supporting the District Vice Presidents of Wall, NJ.
    • Role will administer company policy at the local level and act as Field Liaison for the Region/ Headquarters
    • Will communicate critical items to the office and be point of contact
    • Is the location liaison and works with building management
    • Preps interview materials for DMs
    • Executes pre hire process and ensure that all items from interview to offer accepted are met with accuracy and speed
    • Guides PEP thru onboarding process
    • Is a partner with Onboarding Coordinator
    • Works with DMs to ensure data in Smartsheet is accurate
    • Ensures checks, correspondence, and other critical mail are received and processed expeditiously
    • Ensures printing and stationary for office are supplied and order as necessary
    • Works in concert with Talent Acquisition - follows up with leads, schedules interviews, assists as a sourcing support for SVPs, DMs, and PDMs in Wall
    • Works in concert with Technology Manager around local troubleshooting of Lexmark and Network
    • Answers phones & greets clients
    • Assists with RBG-centric items (unit reports, mailings)
    • Manages conference rooms
    • Enforces health and safety and SOP
    • Point of contact on securing local files and devices for terminated FPs
    • Local point of contact for all new associates
    • Works with Technology Manager to ensure PEP receives materials and technology
    The base salary range for this position is $52,000-$65,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

    Required Qualifications
    • 2 Years experience in Office setting
    • Executes pre hire process and ensure that all items from interview to offer accepted are met with accuracy and speed
    • Guides PEP thru onboarding process
    • Ensures checks, correspondence, and other critical mail are received and processed expeditiously
    • Local point of contact for all new associates
    • Works with Technology Manager to ensure PEP receives materials and technology
    • Can communicate with prospective candidates and convey value propositions of Equitable Advisors
    • Able to resolve conflicts, problems, and function independently
    • Proactive decision-making
    • Can organize tasks and prioritize
    • Quick to learn and implement, regardless of result
    • Knows how to guide people thru a process
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree preferred
    Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.

    Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

    Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

    Process Mapping/Flowcharting: Knowledge of the concepts of process mapping; ability to carry out the documentation of current and proposed manufacturing processes to identify and make improvements.

    Project Administration: Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.
