    Job Description

    LHH has teamed up with a rapidly expanding Accounting and Finance team to find a dedicated Revenue Manager. This position entails overseeing revenue, billing, and collection processes for various brands, providing an opportunity to enhance processes and gain valuable insights into brand performance factors. The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $95,000, depending on industry knowledge and experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Comprehend the entire revenue cycle of brands, from contract initiation to billing dates, rates, and terms, onboarding processes, revenue system integration, billing schedule, and continuous upkeep.
    • Supervise and manage the day-to-day/weekly/monthly activities related to revenue and billing operations.
    • Review support files, which include advanced financial models, for revenue billing to ensure data accuracy and integrity before finalizing the cycle.
    • Foster customer satisfaction and trust with franchisees throughout all billing procedures.
    • Collaborate with other departments to implement modifications to contract terms, system enhancements, and other factors that might influence revenue and billing functions.
    • Work alongside the finance team to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts.
    • Implement necessary modifications to address any emerging issues or trends following a review with management.
    • Continuously enhance existing procedures to uphold internal controls, ensure data accuracy, and enhance overall efficiency.
    • Manage all facets of the accounts receivable (A/R) process, ensuring the prompt collection of overdue payments, assessing outstanding payment arrangements, investigating franchisee inconsistencies, and preventing an increase in A/R balances.
    • Contribute to the creation of a dashboard for timely A/R reporting to the SVP and Senior Management.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management/Billing.
    • Profound understanding of billing and financial procedures and their implications on the general ledger.
    • A Bachelor's degree is a prerequisite, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
    • Proficiency in Advanced Excel, encompassing complex formulas and queries.
    • Must be a self-motivated and exceptionally organized individual with outstanding communication and collaboration capabilities.
    • Capable of multitasking, managing various priorities, and working autonomously.
    • Ability to think innovatively while upholding high standards of accuracy and precision.
    • Industry experience is advantageous – previous exposure to retail or franchise environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
    Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
