    SALES MANAGER - Experienced in HUB and Pharma Services

    Excellent Full-time, Remote, Sales Manager Opportunity at an Expanding Company

    COPILOT is hiring an experienced HUB services sales manager for our expanding commercial organization. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving COPILOT's new client business development plan.

    This hands-on position requires a motivated and high-energy sales leader who can contribute by effectively pursuing new business opportunities.

    COPILOT offers technology enablement solutions to practice management and provider staff that deliver highly accurate and timely benefits investigations for specialty medications, medical devices, and laboratory testing. The real-time, easily accessible, web-based portal securely displays accurate data that brings value to provider offices and pharma clients to best manage each patient's journey. With an experienced team and longevity in HUB and reimbursement services, the company provides guidance in market access and drive high satisfaction for our clients.

    Experience with reimbursement HUB sales or direct sales of pharma services to brand teams is required.

    Ideal candidate is US-based and remote, preferred location would be on the East Coast

    Sales Manager

    This position reports to the CCO (Chief Commercial Officer).

    Position Summary:

    This position will lead our large-size deals in collaboration with marketing and client success teams, along with identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The sales manager will have a unique understanding in contributing to a high-performance sales team including lead generation/qualification, pipeline/opportunity management, proposals, presentation best practices, and managing overall opportunity qualification to close. This team member will lead the responsibility of expanding business opportunities with potential clients. It is critical that the sales manager has a deep and granular understanding of HUB platform and services. Additionally, it is important that the sales manager has a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with pharma manufacturers.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Excellent communicator - can motivate, support and lead staff; Excellent interpersonal, public presentation, written and communication skills. Must have experience with consultative sales. Superb listening skills.
    • Has experience with the development and management of multi-million-dollar sales opportunities.
    • Comes with Specific understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization departments and/or their market access consultants focused on Patient Services, Brand Marketing and Market Access.
    • Has Strong client Relationship Development preferably with pre-existing relationships within the commercial departments of biopharma manufacturers.
    • Will outline specific strategies to pursue new clients and brands.
    • Understands the competitive market conditions and forecast trends.
    • Can research and understand clients need, product offerings, competitive threats and most significant issues and challenges.
    • Identifies revenue opportunities within the framework of the company wide strategy.
    • Travel required for client visits, industry conferences and product training.

    Education, Experience and Requirements:

    • BS/BA in business, healthcare, computer science or equivalent.
    • Minimum 1-year prior experience in HUB services
    • Documented track record of selling large, enterprise-wide, complex technology and service deals.
    • Documented record of meeting and exceeding multi-million dollar quota.
    • 5 years of experience in patient support "HUB" services supported by healthcare technology.
    • Ability to communicate effectively through verbal, written and presentation skills.
    • Must have demonstrated ability to work independently to develop sales opportunities.
    • Ability to drive strategic partnerships by relating to client needs and producing creative and innovative solutions.
    • Must be able to work as an effective leader and collaborative team member.
    • Must have knowledge of current best practices in all aspects of strategic corporate and integrated operations.
    • May require US-based travel.

    Hours and Compensation:

    Full-time hours, based on business and team needs. This position comes with a competitive salary, commission structure, and generous PTO package. The offer is based upon experience, education, interview process, and interest. This position is benefits eligible.
