- Performing staff assistant duties to support the Fire Administrator and Deputy Fire Administrator and, at times, other office staff through general office tasks.
- Serving as the primary officer for program support, overseeing scheduling, travel arrangements, timekeeping, planning, management, coordination, and administration of all program support activities within USFA.
- Providing authoritative guidance to USFA administrative and program support staff, as well as senior managers, on procedures and processes.
- Handling incoming and outgoing materials like correspondence, reports, and memos.
- Engaging with supervisors and colleagues through informal discussions and formal presentations on administrative, clerical, and other non-technical matters.
