Rite of Passage is a leading national provider of programs and opportunities for troubled and at-risk youth from social services, welfare agencies and juvenile courts.

Specifically at Silver Oak, we will be working with children suffering from mental Health issues.

What you'll do:

The Office Manager works as a member of the Administration, Business or Education Department team (determined by site).

Primarily responsible for the overall supervision and synchronization of designated Administrative, Business or Education personnel and/or other designated staff members.

Depending on location, this position reports to the Program Director and may directly supervise Administrative Assistants, Receptionist/Control Clerks, other administrative staff and/or ancillary staff assigned to report to this position.


To be considered, you should:


  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Some College preferred.
  • Must have a good knowledge of word processing, computer print media and database management.
  • Prior experience in office management.
  • Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (we no longer test for THC), physical, and TB test.
