Administrative Assistants provide administrative and technical support including, but not limited to:

departmental reception; managing budgets and procurement processes; accounts payable and receivable; organizing calendars and scheduling meetings; drafting, editing, and composing correspondence; and planning and coordinating travel arrangements.
