Description

• Assisting in general administrative and routine maintenance duties of the facility
• Answers phones and takes messages or fields/answers all routine and non-routine questions.
• Provide building security, this includes monitoring visitors, locking doors and windows and monitoring area surrounding the building
• Participate in staff shift exchange
• Assists clients and staff with client account questions as they occur.
• Files client paperwork and distributes current client paperwork to counselors
• Monitors medications during shift
• Updates counselor/client list, phase agreements and client information
• Responsible for room checks and room searches as required
• Assists clients in problem solving and decision-making
• Coordinates treatment and services with other staff, including community support services and other community resources as necessary
• Transports clients to appointments as necessary
• Complete residency letters as needed for clients
• Pick up client's medication
• Awareness of and compliant with the requirements mandated by state residential regulations and facility policies and procedures
• Assists Executive Director and clinical team on special projects as necessary

• High school or equivalent (preferred)

• Caregiving: 1 year (preferred)
