_Specifically at Silver Oak Academy, we will be working with children aged 12-18 who are affected by significant mental health concerns.

The Program Director develops, implements, manages and modifies the Rite of Passage program, and is responsible for:

  • Oversees Site operations, Clinical services Medical services and Food services
  • Reviews, revises and implements policies and procedures.
  • Ensures Safety, health and welfare of staff and students.
  • Chairperson for site Management Meeting.
  • Overseeing delivery of the Rite of Passage daily program.
  • Ensuring the program facilities are safe, clean and well maintained.

To be considered, you should:


  • RCCPA (Residential Child Care Program Administrator) License Preferred
  • Have a BA/BS in related field (Master's Degree and/or Clinical License preferred).
  • Have a minimum of four years of related experience in residential facility management, clinical experience preferred.
  • Experience with adolescents with various psychiatric disorders and aggressive/selfharming behaviors required.
  • Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Experience:
Required

  • Experience with adolescents with various psychiatric disorders and aggressive/selfharming behaviors required.
  • 4 year(s): four years of related experience in residential facility management, clinical experience preferred.

Education:
Required

  • Bachelors or better in Human Services or related field
