    Description
    We are seeking a skilled Senior Property Accountant to join our real estate client's team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting experience with a focus on property management. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.     Responsibilities:
    • Oversee financial reporting for a portfolio of properties
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
    • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
    • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
    • 3+ years of experience in property accounting
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Yardi preferred)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
