    Description


    LHH is seeking a Property Accountant for our client near Encino The Property Accountant will be responsible for maintaining the general ledger, prepare month end close and reconciling account balances and bank statements.


    Responsibilities:
    Validate and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable for each property
    Analyze financial data and provide summaries of financial status on a per-property basis
    Prepare financial statements according to established timelines
    Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
    Review inter-company transactions and ensure accuracy
    Assist in property audits
    Support month-end and year-end closing processes


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
    1-3 years of experience in property management accounting preferred
    Experience with Yardi Software is a plus
    Extensive knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting principles
    Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

    Pay Details:
    $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
