    Event & Fundraising Representative Key Responsibilities:
    Set up and execute community based outreach events, while maintaining professionalism in conversation and demeanorEngage in meaningful conversation and build connections to foster community involvement and raise awareness and donations for our client's causesIdentify specific target demographics and customize marketing initiatives to resonate with the communityOversee event materials and promotional merchandise, with a primary focus on optimizing donation collection, and trackingTrack and report key performance indicators to assess both personal performance and the event's overall effectivenessEvent &

    Fundraising Representative Qualifications:

    A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatoryExceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a myriad of demographics and backgrounds Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.

    Outstanding self-management skills.
