If you're passionate about contributing to meaningful causes, we have an immediate opportunity for a Customer Care Representative to join our growing team.
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for the Fundraising and Marketing & Communications teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for all external and internal fundraising inquiries
- Provide highstandard customer care, ensuring consistent thanking and acknowledgement of donors
- Collaborate with management and the communications team for accurate and engaging donor communications
- Support fundraising and promotional events, including planning, logistics, and ontheday assistance
- Maintain the donor database, providing internal training and support for accurate data inputting
- Administer data inputting, amendments, run reports, and create data queries as necessary
- Support the fundraising team in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Stay updated with fundraising initiatives and news across all sectors
- Introduce new ideas and initiatives into the role while taking ownership of work
