If you're passionate about contributing to meaningful causes, we have an immediate opportunity for a Customer Care Representative to join our growing team.


As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for the Fundraising and Marketing & Communications teams.

Your main responsibilities will include processing donations, maintaining the database, and delivering high levels of customer care. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Supporter Relations Manager to provide support on various tasks within the department.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Be the first point of contact for all external and internal fundraising inquiries
  • Provide highstandard customer care, ensuring consistent thanking and acknowledgement of donors
  • Collaborate with management and the communications team for accurate and engaging donor communications
  • Support fundraising and promotional events, including planning, logistics, and ontheday assistance
  • Maintain the donor database, providing internal training and support for accurate data inputting
  • Administer data inputting, amendments, run reports, and create data queries as necessary
  • Support the fundraising team in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Stay updated with fundraising initiatives and news across all sectors
  • Introduce new ideas and initiatives into the role while taking ownership of work
