    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Anchor NW Property Group. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation. This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.

    Qualifications
    • Experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
    • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as employment laws and regulations
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
