    Required Position Qualifications

    :

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (

    B


    usiness, HR, Social Work, Psychology, etc.) Inlieu of a degree, 8-10 years of
    HRleadership (HRBP, Lead, Manager, Supervisor, Consultant, Director)experience may suffice.

    6+ years of broad
    HRand progressive human resources experience

    .

    Demonstrated

    conflict resolution

    and problem-solving skills.

    Intermediate-level computer skills in Microsoft Office

    .

    E

    xperience in stakeholder collaboration, coaching, training, and engag

    ement

    .

    Preferred Position Qualifications
