Morrison Human Resources Department is in search of

Human Resources Business Partner
Manager
(HRBP

who is highly
collaborative and who
will
serve as a strategic partner and will develop, assess, and
anticipate
HR-related
needs and deliver
value-added
service

address
the
goals, initiatives, and programs
of the
agency
. Additionally, the role will
leverage
and formulate partnerships across the
agency
to ensure
HRdeliverables are addressed in
a timely
and thorough
manner
. The HRBPM operates with

Required Position Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (
B
usiness, HR, Social Work, Psychology, etc.) Inlieu of a degree, 8-10 years of
HRleadership (HRBP, Lead, Manager, Supervisor, Consultant, Director)experience may suffice.
HRand progressive human resources experience
.
Demonstrated
conflict resolution
and problem-solving skills.
Intermediate-level computer skills in Microsoft Office
.

xperience in stakeholder collaboration, coaching, training, and engag
ement
.
