    Job Summary:
    We prioritize the happiness and success of our people above all else and as a

    Vice President , you will have a major hand in helping to continuously improve our culture.

    You are the intellectually curious and accountability leader of multiple teams, shaping young professionals as they look to round out their PR, digital and visual communications skills.

    You will work with some of the most exciting companies in technology, healthcare, technology and professional services, helping to build brand leaders and develop new approaches to driving awareness.


    Job Responsibilities :
    Overall strategy
    High-level media strategy
    High-level amplification strategy
    Client interactions on strategy
    Approving all documents before they go to client
    Overall QA for each team
    Role model/champion of Inkhouse Values in all client and employee interactions
    Promoting teamwork and mindset that team success is everyone's success
    Helping people at levels both above and below to achieve team and client objectives
    Commitment to employee development including regular check-in meetings, performance reviews, development discussions, coaching, and corrective/disciplinary actions if warranted
    Maintaining a revenue under management from $1.1 - $1.3 million
    Staying up-to-date on PR trends and client trends
    Understands how to create a cross-program campaign strategy for large client budgets
    Is comfortable managing relationships with VP of Marketing and CMO
    Has developed and participated in new business presentations
    Understands and uses social media and can develop plans for clients across all channels
    Is constantly thinking of the big picture and how each tactic plays into strategic business plans


    Job Requirements:

    • 12 years of progressive experience in PR, some or all in an agency setting
    Experience in B2B technology
    B.S./B.A. public relations, marketing, communications, or related field
    Excellent writing skills
    Strong pitching skills
    Ability to organize and manage multiple client responsibilities

    Salary:
    $140,000 - $170,000 - depending on experience
