    About the Team

    As a Global Content Strategy Lead, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content strategies that resonate with our values, mission, and vision on a global scale.

    You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across diverse regions to ensure alignment and drive impactful content initiatives. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.

    To enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department.

    We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.


    Specifically, you will:

    • Develop and implement global content strategies to effectively communicate and reinforce organizational values, mission, and vision worldwide.
    • Lead the creation of highquality, engaging content tailored to various audiences and cultural contexts, leveraging multiple communication channels to maximize impact.
    • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders across different regions to ensure alignment of content initiatives with organizational objectives and priorities.
    • Serve as a thought leader and advocate for best practices in content strategy, staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of content strategies, continually refining approaches based on datadriven insights and feedback.
    Qualifications


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or related fields, with a demonstrated track record of success in global content development and execution.
    • An online portfolio of relevant projects and individual contributions is required upon application.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
    • Deep understanding of global markets, cultural nuances, and audience segmentation, with a passion for fostering crosscultural understanding and collaboration.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams across geographies and functions.
    • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience working in a global or multinational organization and function, with exposure to diverse cultural contexts and business environments.
    • Track record in professional video, documentary, or filmmaking experience in a B2C industry, preferably the Internet or technology sector, across a combination of agency, studio, and/or inhouse with proficiency in Abode Premier and Final Cut Pro.
    • Passionate about human resources, internal communications, or organizational culture, able to understand corporate management philosophies and deliver related messages through quality deliverables.
    • Proven ability to autonomously manage multiple projects concurrently, with strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (i.e. Tableau, Exel, Power BI) to extract insights and drive strategic decisionmaking.
