    JOB SUMMARY
    This outside sales position promotes company products, builds relationships with new/existing accounts to help customers succeed and achieve sales/profit goals.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop new business, retain existing accounts, achieve profitable sales growth
    • Seek and qualify prospects following company goals
    • Research customer needs, recommend products based on goals
    • Stay informed of market conditions, competitors' products, share information with customers
    • Answer customer queries, provide product information, training
    • Drive to customer accounts, conventions, meetings
    • Collect accounts receivable, manage deliveries, troubleshoot issues
    • Participate in company functions, promotions, meetings
    • Attend sales and district meetings, training sessions
    • Assist new employee training
    • Review and analyze reports, perform administrative duties
    • Other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Required Education/Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related field OR HSD/GED and 3 years experience in Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bi-Lingual
    • Restaurant Management, Foodservice Outside Sales, Chef Experience preferred

    Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

    • Valid driver's license with a clean record
    • Current automobile insurance with specific liability limits

    Requirement

    • Submit to pre-employment testing (Drug Screen, Background Check)
    • Must sign Sysco Protective Covenants Agreement
    • Reside or willing to relocate to territory vicinity
