We are currently looking for a *Trainee Corporate Customer Advisor (m/f/d) for Meißen* to join our team as soon as possible.

*Your responsibilities

Training in qualified corporate customer advice and support
Targeted and active scheduling of appointments from existing customers, as well as making and confirming appointments through phone and in-person communication
Preparation and follow-up of consultation meetings
Administrative tasks related to customer care
Processing of customer inquiries
Acquisition of new customers and members
Implementation of marketing/sales promotion activities
Conducting consultation-related tasks
Management of assigned customer relationships within defined limits
Ensuring quality management
Implementation and compliance with defined quality standards
Representing the bank in public
