We are seeking a Sales Leader to develop and grow our sales consultants for Central Illinois. This position will be the key that drives our revenue and grows our market share.

Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Leader at Boss Roofing , you will coach your team to consistently identify new sources of business, maintain high productivity and sales standards and achieve sales quotas within your protected territory.

Additional responsibilities of the Sales Leader can include:

• Cold calling homeowners and businesses in person.
• Running meetings with potential clients to analyze their needs and present the appropriate solutions
• Negotiating sales contracts

Additional Qualification for the Outside Sales Leader include:

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Ability to develop sales strategies
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
