If you are a self-motivated and outgoing individual looking for the opportunity to become a sales superstar with the potential for career advancement with a highly successful company, lead our new sales team in Chicago. We are seeking a Sales Leader to develop and grow our sales consultants for the greater Chicagoland area. This position will be the key that drives our revenue and grows our market share. We intend to double our annual revenue by 2025 and this is an excellent opportunity to join our company and share in our success.

Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Leader at Boss Roofing, you will coach your team to consistently identify new sources of business, maintain high productivity and sales standards and achieve sales quotas within your protected territory.

Additional responsibilities of the Sales Leader can include:

Cold-calling homeowners and businesses in person.

Running meetings with potential clients to analyze their needs and present the appropriate solutions

Negotiating sales contracts

Additional Qualification for the Sales Leader include:

Bachelors degree preferred

2 year of outside business to business sales experience with a track record of success required

Ability to develop sales strategies

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
