    Description

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and managing all aspects of bringing consumer products (toys) to retail. Your ability to respond to marketplace opportunities including collaboration with the sales team, trends, retailer demands, and more will help guide you to success. You will collaborate with other internal teams and product marketing team members to develop our strategy for product launches and product positioning.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the execution of marketing projects from concept to final production including completion of samples, mock-ups, presentations, packaging, product specifications, videos, etc.
    • Communicate product, packaging, and production requirements and changes to the manufacturing team.
    • Direct and manage outside contractors such as graphic artists, sketch artists, designers, and photographers.
    • Drive marketing and development schedules to on-time completion.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related area
    • 3+ years' of product (not service) marketing experience
    • Relevant job experience is a major plus.
    • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
