    Summary:
    The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing and lead generation initiatives for Leap Partners' family of service companies.

    This position plays a vital role in data analysis, which consists of tracking and analyzing prospects, sales, attrition, and customer data to find actionable insights.

    This position reports to the VP of Marketing.

    Essential Job Duties:
    Manages marketing staff performance and professional development
    Creates content for various media platforms and outlets
    Manages and optimizes the company's digital footprint
    Leads the company's reputation management
    Sets, executes, and manages the digital marketing strategy
    Manages the strategy and execution across all media channels
    Tests and reports on new media channels
    Sets and manages the company's agency roster
    Leads outdoor Marketing tactics like truck wraps, yard signs, and branch signage
    Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of marketing activity
    Analyzes prospect, sales, attrition, and customer data for actionable insights
    Develops and manages a brand toolbox (positioning, brand identity, pricing architecture, brand voice) to ensure consistent use and application
    Manages creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
    Drives growth in monthly revenue through ongoing customer relationship management
    Supports the VP of Marketing on M&A marketing and acquisition integration

    Other Duties:

    Minimum Qualifications:
    4-6 years of Marketing experience
    High School Diploma or Equivalent
    Intermediate PC skills including Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
    Intermediate knowledge of iOS devices
    Passion for new technology
    Possess a valid driver's license
    Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

    Preferred Qualifications (not required):
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline
    Experience with ServiceTitan field service software

    Physical Demands:
    Ability to operate computer, phone and other office equipment as needed
    Ability to work effectively using a personal computer for long periods of time
    Ability to sit/stand at workstation for extended periods of time
    Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work
    Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
