- Team Management:
- Supervise and lead a team of approximately seven staff members, including receptionists and support staff.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure efficient workflow and high employee morale.
- Conduct regular employee performance assessments and reviews.
- Patient Care and Customer Service:
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care and customer service at all times.
- Address patient complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
- Administrative Duties:
- Develop and maintain office policies and procedures, regularly updating and implementing new protocols as needed.
- Oversee patient enrollment processes and maintain patient interest through effective communication and engagement strategies.
- Monitor and ensure timely payment of patient fees, coordinating with billing and finance departments as necessary.
- Operational Support:
- Manage provider schedules, optimizing appointment availability and efficiency.
- Assist with various operational tasks, including reception duties, cleaning, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Order additional supplies to accommodate increased patient volume resulting from marketing campaigns.
- Business Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop and implement strategies for attracting new clients and promoting business growth.
- Identify opportunities to enhance profitability and efficiency, including assessing profit margins and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Training and Development:
- Facilitate the training and onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of job roles and responsibilities.
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably within a plastic surgery practice, medispa, dermatology clinic, or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in office management software and familiarity with scheduling and billing systems.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field preferred.
