Your tasks:
Taking over the profitable and customer-oriented management of your assigned rental properties Responsibility for all tasks related to the rental and management of rental properties, primarily apartments - from tenant selection to contract conclusion and support to termination or change of tenants Commissioning and monitoring of maintenance
