During my time at iStore, I started as a standard technician and have grown to to managing both the service and retail aspects of the store. A large focus of my job is troubleshooting and repair, maintaining service scores, managing employees, managing inventory, and assisting customers in any way needed. During my time here I have increased service and sales numbers dramatically while maintaining above- average metrics for service and support. For my employees, I place a major focus on personal growth and skillset improvements.

I worked at iPlace prior to iStore as Assistant Store Manager and IT Support Representative. I began in a more retail focused role that included sales and basic service. Working in a small retail store that focused on service (4 employees in the beginning), excellent time management and customer service were paramount. I began further training with Apple certifications here and began performing more hardware troubleshooting in the service department as I expanded my skillset.

Assistant Store Manager (2008 - 2010)

• Performed service and maintenance on Apple Computer Systems
• Worked with customers to create solutions for their specific needs and situations • Conducted classes on Apple Software including the macOS, iWork, and others
• Arranged store schedule for employees and performed performance reviews.
• Assisted customers with any issues that arose

Service One, Spartanburg, SC (September 2007 - August 2008)

I worked at Service One as a PC and Apple computer technician providing service and support for business and personal customers. During this job I focused my efforts in learning the macOS operating system and hardware as I had come from a PC background before this. I also assisted in day to day operations of the store with management.

Computer Technician (2007 - 2008)

• Assembled, repaired, and sold Windows and Apple computers.
• Analyzed computers for problems and used various methods to repair them.
• Assisted customers in over-the-phone troubleshooting and purchase solutions.  


Circuit City, Spartanburg, SC (September 2006 - August 2007)
At Circuit City I began as a sales-floor employee and eventually became the product flow team supervisor. I led a team of individuals in inventory management, sales-floor setup, and store maintenance.
