Post Production Manager, Wayfair

  • Management of Post Production team that outputs thousands of 3D and 2D images every month.
  • Lead 3D Nuke compositor responsible for research, development, and innovation for still 3D imagery, plus teaching and coaching the Post Production team on new innovations.
  • Lead Photoshop compositor & retoucher responsible for setting image compositing and manipulation standards, maintaining print catalog quality, CMYK conversion, and innovating for efficiency.
  • Communication and management of freelance retouching talent.
  • Responsible for internal QA of Post Production team’s work; maintaining quality standards, critiquing and providing feedback, teaching and coaching of best practices.
  • Cross-functional collaboration, problem solving, and planning with other creatives and stakeholders; Art Directors, Stylists, Photographers, 3D Lighting Artists, 3D Asset Artists, Producers, Designers, and brand stakeholders.
