The State Building Authority Bayreuth is currently seeking a ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (M/F/D) FOR THE PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT to join our team in Greenville as soon as possibleYOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinating training for employees within the department
- Managing time tracking and absences (sickness, vacation, leave, etc.)
- Handling job postings and applicant management
- Assisting with personnel matters (health check-ups, accident reports, etc.)
OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR YOU:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or training as a public administration assistant
- Previous experience in the public sector, preferably in personnel management
- Proficient in MS Office and possibly experience with the BayZeit time tracking system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Fluent in German
