- Oversee all aspects of the business office, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and documentation of resident move-ins, move-outs, transfers and ancillary charges
- Create and maintain confidential business files for residents in accordance with community policy and HIPAA guidelines
- Performs administrative tasks in ADP for hiring, terminations, and personnel changes
- Create and maintain confidential team member files
- Coordinate New Hire Orientation
- Serve as a liaison between residents, families, staff, and external vendors
- Supervise receptionists
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents and their families
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial management and accounting principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a senior living or healthcare setting preferred
