    Responsibilities as a Clinical Nurse Manager:

    • Lead, inspire, and motivate others to deliver exceptional care.
    • Conduct assessments for our adult clients in Greenville, NC and surrounding areas.
    • Develop and oversee the care plan execution.
    • Supervise nursing staff in the field.
    • Facilitate new hire orientation.
    • Participate in training new nurses and in-services for field staff.

    Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

    • Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of experience.
    • 1 year of Home Health experience required.
    • Oasis experience necessary.
    • Supervisory experience highly desired.
