About Linda Mayes:

I am goal oriented Manager with over 25 years of experience in both a corporate environment and a privately owned business.  My previous positions encompassed strategic and tactical management at Intel Corporation (12 years) and ownership of a small business - Takosushi III (15 years).   • Developed office and monetary management systems. Data/inventory analysis, bookkeeping, payroll and taxation requirements.

Supervisor, Intel Corporation, Rio Rancho, NM – Fabs 9,7/9,11,11X (May 1997 – May 2007)

Held numerous roles and received multiple promotions based on job performance. 

  • Tactical management of multiple teams in semiconductor manufacturing – Diffusion, Lithography, Etch, C4, Defect Metrology and Remote Operations.
  • Aligned to Remote Operations Center (ROC) start-up team to ensure the successful implementation of the ROC, a groundbreaking ideology developed to enhance manufacturing output.
  • Managed 25+ manufacturing technicians, which includes the following:  Performance management, organizational/team/individual development, exceeding critical success indicators in safety, quality and output. 
  • People Systems Coordinator – Managed the staffing, integration, training and development (SITD) systems for Fab 11. 
  • Assigned and managed multiple projects and expectations.
