- Collect on-the-job photo and video content for marketing purposes
- Maintain, optimize, and post content on company social media accounts
- Analyze return on investment and compare sales and call lead volume to budgets to determine most efficient marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with and oversee our 3rd party digital marketing vendor
- Design and manage email, direct mail, SMS, and online digital marketing campaigns
- Creation, design, and distribution of printed marketing materials
- Oversight of new website design
- Research competition to stay current on industry products and services
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing customers
- Maintain a positive brand image to the community
- Assess current marketing and advertisement trends and determine most effective marketing strategies

- Minimum 10 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role OR bachelor's degree in marketing (or a related field of study) with minimum 5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role
