    Intellectual Property IP Transactions Associate Attorney
    A law firm is seeking an Intellectual Property;

    Job Overview:

    The Intellectual Property Transactions Associate Attorney will be responsible for structuring, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements related to IP, technology, and other commercial matters.

    This includes agreements on SaaS platforms and software offerings, strategic alliances, media sales, IP licenses, consulting, equipment purchase and support, distribution, sponsorship and marketing, and joint development.

    The ideal candidate will serve a diverse client base, including emerging growth, Mountain West mid-market, and coastal Fortune 500 companies.

    Structure, draft, review, and negotiate various IP-related agreements and contracts.
    Serve a diverse client base ranging from emerging growth to Fortune 500 companies.
    Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations about IP transactions.
    D. from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
    ~1-5 years of relevant law firm experience, preferably with a nationally recognized or Mountain West-based firm.
    ~ Must be licensed to practice law in Colorado or be willing to obtain Colorado or Idaho licensure.
