    Kalamaya | Goscha is in need of an associate attorney to join its renowned Criminal Defense and Family Law Teams. We are seeking an individual with determination, resilience, and a passion for impacting lives positively. Our firm deals with sensitive personal matters that hold significant emotional value for our clients.

With offices across Denver, Aspen, Vail, and Glenwood, we particularly desire a candidate keen on residing and practicing law in the Denver-Boulder Metro area or the Vail Valley.

    Package includes competitive salary and benefits.

    The salary for this role falls within the $85,000 - $125,000 range, depending on experience.

    Colorado practice license is a prerequisite.

    Our benefits package comprises health insurance, HSA, retirement plans, and wellness benefits. Employees enjoy unlimited PTO and vacation time – taking time off is encouraged as long as work responsibilities are met. An associate attorney is expected to bill a minimum of 1,600 hours annually, with a focus on nurturing top-tier trial lawyers.

    Required Skills:

    Responsibilities will encompass interacting with potential or existing clients, conducting case investigations, motions practice, research tasks, written discovery, deposition preparation, trial readiness, and courtroom litigation.

    Preferred Background:

    The ideal candidate will possess experience in either criminal law (former Public Defender, private criminal defense, or prosecutor) or family law, with an interest in expanding their practice.
