    Description

    Our client, a boutique corporate law firm in Denver that focuses on highly sophisticated deals throughout the country, is seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join their thriving team. The firm is comprised of former Big Law attorneys who value a work-life balance and pride themselves on providing outstanding client service. This position is fully remote and offers reasonable billing requirements. schedule, autonomy over caseloads, reasonable billing requirements, and comprehensive compensation packages.

    To thrive in this role, you must have a minimum of six years' experience in M&A, finance, corporate formation, and governance, particularly with EC/VC and technology startups. The ideal associate should excel at managing M&A transactions with minimal oversight, provide due diligence, handle negotiations, and work in a general counsel capacity for their clients.

    Although this position is fully remote, the firm's attorneys actively collaborate on deals and maintain consistent communication, fostering a tight-knit and client-focused environment. If you are independent, self-driven, and have big law experience this is the perfect opportunity for you

    Compensation: $190, ,000/Annually DOE, plus bonus.
