I've been a facilities and construction professional for over 22 years with progressive leadership on projects across North America. Both with Pursuit, (a hospitality and attractions company across iconic US and Canadian locations) and VF Corporation, (a global apparel and footwear company representing notable brands such as The North Face, Timberland, Vans, Dickies, etc.)

I bring a blend of strategic planning, commercial acumen, and technical expertise. 

My experience includes leading diverse, high-performing teams in corporate real estate, attractions and hospitality, both virtually and in-person, across North America. 

Notably, I've led Facility Operations across multiple geographies as well as led pre-construction due diligence and project execution across an extensive commercial real estate portfolio.

1. Key member of Pursuit's Senior Leadership Team, providing critical insights and recommendations on key business areas such as HR policies, project development, and annual budget reviews. Collaborated closely with the President, CFO, and other VP's to drive operational efficiency and strategic growth initiatives, resulting in significant cost savings and revenue growth over a two-year period.
2. Led pre-construction due diligence for Flyover Hawaii and Chicago ($45M each), leading to a Board presentation and funding for the attraction forecasted at $23M annual revenue

VF Corporation

Sr. Director of Corporate Facilities / Workplace Environments

1. Led a matrixed team virtually and in-person, overseeing 60 associates, including 21 Facility Managers and their 39 direct reports, across VF's commercial real estate portfolio in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Demonstrated exceptional virtual team management experience for 5+ years at VF Corporation. Provided strategic leadership in the care of building systems, grounds, and interiors, while collaborating with regional leaders and other line of business owners to ensure operational standards were achieved. 
2. Led the delivery of corporate services for VF Corporation's extensive leased and owned commercial real estate portfolio, encompassing 38 properties totaling 7.6M Sqft, including office spaces, distribution centers, and warehouses. 
3. Provided strategic direction and leadership to senior management on renovation capital projects as well as leadership on the planning, design, and development of new construction projects achieving LEED ratings from Silver to platinum, across the US, Canada, and Mexico.
