Developed and streamlined workflows and processes to optimize team efficiency, resulting in improved response times and issue resolution. Collaborated with the Customer Experience Supervisor in setting and meeting service-level agreements (SLAs) to meet and exceed customer expectation. I have also, assessed energy usage, for optimal solar design and promoted and sold solar panel energy systems.

I graduated from EcoTech with an Associates Applied Science for Solar Technology which is where I learned to install, size, design, and the operations of a Solar panel system.
