I anticipate and address potential issues before they become major roadblocks for the development team. 
Another critical skill that I gained on my four years of experience is the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. As experienced Scrum Master, I worked with a variety of stakeholders, including executives, product owners, and developers, and has developed the communication skills necessary to effectively communicate with each of these groups. They are able to clearly articulate the goals of the project, the progress being made, and any roadblocks that need to be addressed.
I am able to guide and mentor the development team, providing the support and guidance necessary to help team members grow and develop their skills. They are also able to lead by example, modeling the behavior and practices necessary for a successful Agile development process.
