    Description

    Essential Functions:
    Working from an owner's perspective - administration of contracts for assigned NOLA projects from conception through execution and completion.

    Responsible for assisting with post contract administration of contract matters as assigned.


    Receives and reviews a wide variety of contract requests, may support one or more specialized areas requiring an increased depth of knowledge.

    Responsible for the timeous and accurate issuing of Service Orders against appropriate project cost codes

    Identifies process and /or supplier performance issues and works with multiple parties to resolve issues.

    Reports operationally to the Manager Staffing Contracts and the Director Project Support Services.


    Job Scope Information:


    Nature of Work - Works on administrative/procedural issues and implements solutions mostly through the determination of strategy and communication with involved parties in a group or functional area.

    Level of Interaction - Often collaborates with managers and/or functional site leaders and with external colleagues.


    Autonomy/Decision making - Has moderate supervision and some latitude to set objectives, priorities and timelines that may impact a department or an individual work group.

    Budgetary responsibility - Has no budget responsibility

    Managerial responsibility - Manages a function or specific program(s) or project(s) but no people.
