CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.

Job Summary
Responsible for contract management and deliverables. Acts as the lead in the deliverable management system. Ensures that all agency contracts are stored electronically and that all related deliverables (including renewals) are itemized and assigned. Reviews agency contracts and regulatory policies for changes in agency policy and procedure and communicates changes to relevant departments. Provides reminders to individuals responsible for deliverables and submits monthly reports on deliverable timeliness. This position reports to the Director of Quality Management.

Each employee will be held accountable and responsible for fulfilling each of these duties as well as having the capability to carry them out.

Skills/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, business, or social/behavioral science and 2 to 3 years of contract management, project management, policy management, or similar experience required OR
In lieu of a bachelor's degree, a high school diploma or GED and 6 or more years of contract management experience, project management, policy management, or similar experience can be accepted.
Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, business, or social/behavioral science preferred.
