Position Overview:
The pricing contract administrator is responsible for auditing pricing contracts from national and regional builders across the enterprise. Attention to detail and strong communication skills internally and externally are key to success in this role. This role will need to have the ability to work collaborative with multiple departments across the organization.

The pricing contract administrator will also be responsible for purchase order revisions submitted by builders to ensure accuracy of pricing.


Responsibilities/Accountabilities:


  • Audit pricing contracts received from Builders against pricing in PMOD o Newlyawardjobs
- o Planchangesortakeofferrorso Priceincreases/decreases

  • Working closely with sales/estimating team to ensure pricing is accurate in PMOD
- o Basepricingmatchessubmittalstocustomer o OptionpagesmatchoptionslistedinPMOD
  • Option number


  • Option description

  • Option price
  • Combo options
  • Determine if pricing contracts received on newly awarded jobs are at the current markup or higher for the customer
  • Fill out bid sheets (builders pricing forms) for new pricing
  • Communicate and follow up with purchasing departments for builders to ensure
- pricing is updated or corrections have been made

  • Submit signed pricing contracts to builder after verifying accuracy of pricing and
- effective date

  • Save fully executed contracts in Pella SharePoint site as well as in Builder
  • SharePoint contract folders specific to builder and subdivision
  • Get PO's revised when pricing is not correct
- o Pricingisoutdatedo Missingoptionso Estimatingsubmittalerrors o Builderkeyingerrors

  • Research payment discrepancies for accounting
  • Make corrections to pricing in PMOD and options pages
  • Verify pricing questions for SOP department

Skills/Knowledge:


  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and Apple iOS
  • Ability to learn proprietary software
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work, but also meet project deadlines
  • Ability to work weekends as needed

Work environment with this job primarily includes the typical office environment. The noise level of this job is typically moderate. Employees in office positions may occasionally enter warehouse work areas.


Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
