- Execute various purchasing tasks to ensure the timely procurement of materials and products.
- Generate demand forecasts based on historical data and market trends.
- Coordinate transportation and importation of shipments.
- Track the status of products throughout the supply chain, providing real-time updates.
- Cultivate and manage vendor relationships to ensure reliability and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead to enhance company supply chain efficiency and reduce out-of-stock occurrences.
- Innovate and implement new reporting and tracking processes to provide leadership with accurate and actionable information.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential supply chain disruptions.
- Maintain up-to-date and transparent reporting on our current supply chain condition to enable better decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, or a relevant field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Purchasing and Supply Chain roles without a degree, with a strong record of performance and references.
- Proven expertise in complex product and logistics planning.
- Extensive experience in vendor relationship management.
- A passion for achieving precise forecasting to optimize inventory management.
- Robust knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, including formatting and formula expertise.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.
