Job description
The dispatch admin role provides administrative support to busy dispatch operations team. Maintain and perform data entry as directed. Files paperwork and helps within dispatch office as needed. Communicates with drivers and other employees as requested by operation team. The dispatch admin answers incoming calls and routes to appropriate department or assists drivers as needed. Compile, sort, copy and file records of all office activities, business transactions and other activities. Open, sort and route incoming paperwork to appropriate department. Performs additional duties as directed by management.


Job Duties:


  • Coordinate and schedule transportation services for efficient delivery of goods
  • Communicate with drivers and provide them with necessary instructions and information
  • Monitor routes and track shipments to ensure ontime delivery
  • Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation
  • Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and update relevant databases
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards

  • Monday to Friday, 8 Hours

Job Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma. Bachelor's Degree a plus.
  • 2 Years+ Experience in Transportation Field or similar environment
  • 2 Years+ Computer literacy utilizing Microsoft office suite
  • 2 Years+ Experience working in a professional office environment.
  • Strong analytical and data modeling skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent ability to analyze information and think systematically.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities and translate them into projects
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Power Point)
